The Huon Valley and Channel regions produce some of the best fresh produce that Tasmania has to offer and as one of the most popular regional events in the state, the Taste draws over 20,000 local, intrastate and interstate visitors over the two days.

The region produces an abundance of apples and although Tasmania is still recognised as the ‘Apple Isle’, cherries, mushrooms, salmon, vineyards, berries and truffles are also farmed in the area and along with much more, promoted at the Festival.

Stay tuned for the line up of top entertainment, as each year we rock the valley with some of the country’s best old-school rockers.
