Afternoon retreats, courses, seasonal practices & private sessions at the Yoga Cabin in Geeveston, in Huonville, online and on Zoom.

Courses are trauma-sensitive, gentle and slow-paced with a big focus on the breath in a friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere.

Also offering custom tailored sessions either online or in person, for individuals or small groups.

Beginners are welcome.
