Mental Health Helpline

Helpline is a volunteer support and referral service that provides information to people experiencing mental health issues, as well as their family, friends and carers.

We can help if you are feeling socially isolated, seeking information about mental health or services, or simply need someone to talk to.

Everyone working on Helpline has a lived experience of mental health issues, whether personal, or as someone who cares for a family member or friend.

Helpline is an empathetic, respectful and non-judgmental service that provides:
– information about mental illness, treatment and recovery
– short-term support, including scheduled calls
– tips and strategies for coping with mental health issues, including how to support a friend or family member
– links to support groups, education programs and local community activities
– general information about programs, services and the NDIS

You can download our brochure below for more information.

Helpline is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 9pm, except public holidays.
