Run Move Connect

Run Move Connect is a community based health group aimed at getting individuals active whilst meeting new people and feeling a part of their local area. We understand that regular structured exercise is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reducing your risk of health problems. We also understand that finding a supportive environment that meets your needs and capabilities is challenging.
We are passionate about the health of our community and are driven to motivate and encourage health change. We listen, we understand and we care about your health and the health of those around you.

Activities include;

  • Group running/walking;
  • Social Saturday run/walk;
  • Pilates;
  • Strength Classes;
  • Individual running coaching;
  • Low-impact cardio sessions;
  • Personal training;
  • Recovery sessions; and
  • Exercise physiology.
