A large rustic barn surrounded by green pastures, the Apple Shed is home to Willie Smith’s Tasmanian Cider and spirits.

Learn about the history of the apple industry in the Huon, while enjoying food made in our kitchen from local, seasonal produce – with a cider or two of course!
