Lunaris Gemstones specialises in Tasmanian mineral specimens such as stichtite and crocoite; gemstones and Tasmanian fossils and crystals sourced by ourselves and presented to you as natural specimens, unique jewellery pieces, ornamentals and decorative items.
As well, we stock a wide range of gemstones (rough, polished, cabachons and loose facetted stones) minerals (crystallised specimens) and fossils from other parts of Australia and from around the world.
You can see our products not only online (where you can purchase using your credit card or by PayPal Express checkout) but also from our two outlets – one at Salamanca Market in Hobart where we trade each Saturday from 830am – 3pm (St.Davids Park side at the Davey St. end of market); and also our shop in the Far South (near Hastings Caves and Ida Bay Railway) – sign posted, and open Sunday to Thursday (closed Friday and Saturday) from 9am-4pm (winter hours), but best to call first.
